With striking colours the red bass is as the name suggests is mostly red, darker on the top of the upper body. They have very strong jaws and canine type teeth.How To Catch:
Red Bass are usually caught when targeting other reef fish and will take most fresh flesh baits but even better is a live bait such as a slimy or yakka. They are also quite often caught on large surface poppers when anglers are chasing GT's and Coral Trout.Where Found:
